Welcome to Anne Gadsby Designs, home to a variety of designs for quilts, wall hangings, cushions & bags, for all ages and sewing experience. Original & unique designs in fantasy & alternative, pretty & romantic, bold & contemporary, some traditional, in fact something for everyone. Using basic techniques such as Applique, to create pictures, traditional blocks & abstract pieces, adding dimension, texture, movement, mood, life and personality to each piece. Embroidery to embellish and add details and simple piecing to complete the quilts, wall hangings, cushions and bags. I also have a range of stitchery designs too. All my pattern pieces are full size and ready to go. My designs give you scope to add your own twist, hopefully coming up with something truly original and very satisfying.

Excellent designs, even for the beginner yet with still enough interest for the experienced quilter/sewer. All my designs are very achievable with only basic sewing skills and very simple embroidery stitches needed.

This web site, my store/showroom, 88 Loftus Street, Deagon, ads in craft magazines (APQ & Country Threads others) and doing the large quilt and craft fairs around the country are some of the ways for you to access my designs and kits.

Designs are always availble but kits are in limited numbers, so get in quick! Ask your local quilt shop to stock my designs, (yes I do wholesale as well.) The large quilts shows that I do are AQC Melbourne in April, Craft & Quilt Fairs- Perth in May, Sydney in June, Melbourne in July and Brisbane in October. So hopefully over time I will get to know some of you. I also hope that my web becomes one of your favorites and that I can inspire you to have ago, take a more relaxed approach and enjoy your finished results by sharing them with others via my open gallery.
